We found a working grill in the backyard of our chalet and went for a winter BBQ, heavy on vegetables. Sabayon for dessert, hand-whisked, served with ice cream and a raspberry on top.
Stefaan, Ben, Klaas and I have known each other for almost 30 years, and this is our first time skiing together.
Ben's smile says it all.
