Boiling water from the lake so it could be used for drinking and cooking purpose.

Packing the canoes at the place we rented them. The canoes were stuffed with clothes, equipement and food. Lots of food, that is.

Just before sunset I grabbed a paddle and my camera, and went canoeing for about 30 minutes. There was a strong breeze so it was difficult to point the canoe towards the sun while taking a picture. People claiming this was due to the vodka-cola are not to be believed ...

Ocassionally, we had to carry the canoes overland to get from one lake to another. Despite the canoe wagons, this can be daunting.
In the early morning, the lakes are flat and the reflection of the clouds can be both stunning and peaceful.
Last minute preparations after we broke up our camp and packed the canoes for our next trip.
