Bitcoin
I'm more optimistic about Bitcoin than about most of the broader crypto ecosystem. I see it less as a platform for new application development and more as an open monetary network, where credibility comes from scarcity, security, and resilience over time. I think of it as a savings technology first, a payments network second, and an application development platform last. In that role, it has the potential to offer an alternative to existing monetary systems, especially where trust in institutions is weak.
