Every 15 minutes, a thermometer in our basement updates this page with the latest temperature and humidity levels. Why? Because I wanted to know how suitable our basement is for storing wine and champagne.
Temperature
Each row is a month and each square is a day. The ideal temperature for keeping wine is between 6°C and 13°C. Green means the temperature was optimal, blue too cold (below 6°C), and red too hot (above 13°C).
